Someone posted a 1988 video of David Calof doing a hypnotic induction. It's great (except for the video quality) and has links to several other hypnosis-related videos. I learned hypnotic techniques in the early 80's, at the beginning of my career, and find myself using hypnotic language, voice tones, and anchoring techniques in many sessions.
