....Cheryl Douglass-I am so elated to see a comparison of the two methods. It seems to me that while there is always a concern for re-traumatization during the process, at least methodically, EMDR reduces the possibility of this happening in a 'hands off' manner and in a lesser, cheaper and more effective time frame.
